Bio (provided by artist): I've been drawing comics for my friends since I was in 5th grade and I've always dreamed of writing comics for a living growing up. My online persona Jreems Kmchroo is pronounced "dreams come true," and I can proudly say I get closer to my dream everyday with the support of all my friends.

ARTIST STATEMENT

“Vulnerable,” digital art, 2020, NFS

Everything I do is not only steeped in my experiences with mental illness but also the people I know in my life. My comics and my artwork are as much for them as they are for me. A concept I bring up a lot is ‘The Void,’ an overwhelming head noise that’s different for everyone. I’m trying to convey how it feels and how it effects relationships.
