Groundworks is always seeking volunteers of any age who are interested in helping to fulfill our mission to promote the youth-driven music and arts community in Tucson. Learn the ins and outs of nonprofit operations, experience local art and music first-hand, and join a community of amazing creatives.

We ALWAYS need general help from volunteers to keep the space going. No experience required!

  • Active Volunteers:

Active Volunteers are regularly involved in the space and contribute to program development and decision-making at Groundworks. In order to qualify as an Active Member, you will need to attend at least one volunteer meeting per month.

The perks of being an active volunteer are:

    • Key holder status

    • Free use of space/facility/supplies

    • First look at what's coming up next at GWX

    • All public GWX events are free to you and a guest

    Auxiliary Volunteers:

If you're not interested/able to be an active volunteer, we will still need your help! Auxiliary Volunteers are less regularly involved with the space, and provide help whenever they can. These volunteers may sign up for individual events and one-off projects that will be sent out via email. text goes here
